This product is part of the XCS range, safety switches for protection of operators. The safety switch is an electrical switch that makes or breaks contact in the presence of a magnetic field. It is intended for packaging, handling, robotics, machine tools, presses, automotive sector machines. Safety switches are intended to help protect operators, by controlling the safe opening and interlocking of guards and covers in your installations. It has two normally closed and one normally open, slow break contacts, normally closed contact with positive opening operation. It has a rated operational current of 6A at 120VAC, 3A at 240VAC, 0.27A at 250VDC, 0.55 at 125VDC. The key operated turret head limit switch has an industrial metal body which is made of Zamak and has an 24/28V orange LED to signal opening of normally closed contacts. It is without locking. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. Safety limit switch has one entry tapped for 1/2in NPT cable gland. It is compliant with UL, CSA, and EN/IEC standards and is IP67 rated.
