This XY2CE Emergency Stop Rope pull Switch is designed with a right hand side anchor point. It operates with a maximum rope length of 70 meters. This emergency stop rope pull switch features a 1/2inch NPT tapped cable entry. This product allows operator to trigger the stop of potentially dangerous machines at any point of its working area. It has 2 normally closed and 2 normally open slow break contacts. Its IP66 degree of protection makes it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It has a Zamak body with a booted pushbutton reset, nitrile bellows, no pilot light. XY2C offer is ideal for machines requiring stopping of dangerous movement in the immediate vicinity of the machine (woodworking, printing or textile machines, shears...). Its IP66 degree of protection makes it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It also complies with EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-5, EN/ISO 13850, UL NISD, CSA C22.2 No 14-13 standards. When associated and correctly connected to an appropriate safety control unit, it conforms to category 4, performance level PL e, SIL 3. These emergency stop rope pull switches can be equipped with trip indicators, cable tension adjustment can be performed using a turnbuckle. The emergency stop rope pull switch is intended for all machines requiring stopping of dangerous movement in the immediate vicinity of the machine.
