The XX range is an offer of sensors using the ultrasonic technology for the detection of any material, without contact. This ultrasonic sensor has a cylindrical M18 design (straight sensing axis) with diffuse detection system. It supports 1m nominal sensing distance and analogue output (0V to 10V). This sensor is configurable by software. It is an ultrasonic sensor with a rated supply voltage of 24V DC with reverse polarity protection, 14V to 30V DC and current consumption of 30mA. It is furnished with 5-pin M12 male connector for electrical connection. It is an IP65/IP67 rated product. The enclosure is made of 316L stainless steel with epoxy, polyurethane and butyl front. Its dimensions are 64mm (Length) x 18mm (Diameter). It weighs 0.050kg. This general purpose ultrasonic sensor is suitable for assembly, conveying and packaging applications. This product is certified by CE, CULus, EAC, E2 and RCM. It meets CSA C22.2 No 14, EN/IEC 60947 5 2 and UL 508 standards. A teach pushbutton XXZPB100 can be purchased separately. It allows the adjustment of the detection window. It can easily be mounted with the fixing clamp XXZB118, to be ordered separately. XX ultrasonic sensors operate in diffuse, reflex and thru beam modes. This range of sensors even includes long distance detection models.
